Since I'm talking to myself (and you know what they say about people who talk to themselves...), I'll answer my rhetorical question(s) myself. How crazy? Insanely, bats in the belfry crazy. How stupid? Moronically, idiotically stoo-pid. But, it keeps me from getting too bored and keeps me focused and thinking about my ideas, so I keep doing it... I used to hate it during the busy time in the AM, then I did it for a few weeks relentlessly (mostly because a student was taking two weeks off work to trade and study, and I wanted to have all this available), and now it's become a part of my process. Oh, well.
