gdx 5, 15, and 60 repost of the setup yesterday - 23.82 was likely the end of minor 2 of Major C, where:
22.78 - 25.71 = .618 at 23.90
in the smaller time frames you can see that minor 2 unfolded in an abc, where c=1.23*a at 23.84
24.50 - 25.33 = 1.618 at 23.99
24.12 - 24.76 = 1.46 at 23.84.
after tagging 23.82, price rose and then retested at .886 at the lower line
