Starting it off.

Al

Looks to me like a roofer's DBS in $XEU. Which way will it go from here?

Hi guys. I see you are still doing great job here. Rat and Al, so many posts...
Just want to let you know that I came back to occasional trading this week. Still following the Pound, but I shifted my focus to Nasdaq.
For some time I will refreain from posting areas. As I stated before the break, 'going public' makes me attached too much my initial trading plan, preventing from prompt adjustment to changing market coditions, making it all even harder.

All the best!

DOH! That roofer's "Gap on 5 followed by an 0.886 fibo retrace" led to a trend that continued on today. I missed that trade today.

Welcome back Marcin!

I used to, and still sometimes do, get too attached to the trade I see, or the trade I'm in. And I don't see the alternate trade. Roofer always said "there are two frequencies in the market at all times", and also advised on how to turn around if a trade set up against the trade you are in. Perhaps do the work that allows you to see both directions, then you can post what you see, as well as your target area and stop. We promise not to laugh if the stop gets triggered. Happens to me all the time ;)

qqq 15 - bounced up from an .886 retrace on Monday, without hitting the bear set median line. Then, moved up to hit the green median line at .618. Then failed and came back to .886 of the second low, and .786 of the first low. Is this a bear trap to set off a sharp move up next week into the fed, and into oe?
