rat,

Interesting song. I dont think that I have heard that one before. Thanks for sharing. In 1967 I had moved from Detroit to California.

Amazing song. It was used in the opening scene of Apocalypse Now, which is one of my all time favorite films. I just saw a screening of the director's cut a few weeks ago.

Paper trading. Made a bit selling a naked call on ALXN, probably a very risky strategy. Otherwise, I am struggling with the markets.
The blue dashed vertical line on the 5 min chart shows approximately where the StockCharts PMO indicator crosses its signal line.

rat,

I did see the movie, and it was awesome. However, I do not remember that song. Oh well. I will watch the movie again, it was a great one with some terrific acting. I did recognize a young Harrison Ford in one of the movie trailers.

there are three versions: the original, redux, which added about an hour to it, and the director's cut, which eliminated about a half hour of what was added in redux....I think that's the best one...

Paper trading. Made a bit on an AKAM long call, and on VXX long calls. Kane TD on AKAM completing at 0.382 fibo. The thin wispy lines on the 1 min tf charts are my attempt to connect the crossovers and indicator - signal line crossover points..

Oops! That is a Kane 4P on AKAM, nor a Kane TD. Sorry about that.

Funny! You have an interesting background, LOL. Probably lots of stories, too.

I don't know if you guys know this, but I worked in the movie business for 24 years. I knew several people who worked in post on Apocalypse. One guy was the assistant editor, and at some point he was sent back to New York from the Philippines to bring film to the lab and come back with fresh film. He asked if anyone wanted anything. Francis said bring me bagels and lox from Barney Greengrass (a place on the upper west side known for its lox). The guy goes to New York, and comes back. Francis asks if he brought bagels and lox, and he said "oh shit, I thought you were kidding".
