The only way I know of is to mouseclick on their name on the "MyPivots" website, and this should bring up a "User Profile" page on the "MyPivots" website, and to send them a Private message (PM) to them. Good luck!

guess what? I found Duane, but then I got an alert that I can't send a pm because I have to change my personal settings to allow private email. So I clicked on the link, and the page has been removed. So no longer an option to make those changes. I think we need Duane and Marcin to actually show up here... :(
