A silly beginners question please.
What hours of the day is the ESZ07 available to trade?

It a 24Hr market beginning 6 PM Sunday to 5PM Friday

kbi is correct although I thought that it stopped at 4:15pm ET on Friday.

The most liquid times, Regular Trading Hours (aka RTH), are from 9:30am to 4:15pm ET.

Also be sure to check with your broker, not all brokers support 24 hour trading.

Good point PT. And also, some brokers which support 24 hour trading still have some extra downtime after 4:30pm ET before they're back online.
