Long term charts leave little doubt about the importance of the current levels:

It seems like they have nothing left in the tank, and it's over, but that line is such a stop run temptation, especially after cash, that I can't imagine they won't try to gun it. But, it really does look dead in here.

Overall pretty boring, trying to almost make something out of nothing, as far as making good comments in here. Tomorrow should be very interesting.

Duane! Duane is in the house. Yeah, I can't even come close to taking that nonsense. It really hurts many people, goading them into putting their life savings into the market when they are near, at, or in retirement, when safety of principal should be the foremost consideration. It's truly criminal and immoral, but it's the system we have. And if they said it's purely liquidity driven and the fundamentals stink but the liquidity may keep it going, I'd at least be able to take that. They'd be telling the truth, and people can then try to make an informed decision. But they lie and scam and keep this thing going, which is to their benefits, and they sell all the poor suckers down the river. I hear some say if people are that stupid and uninformed they deserve what they get, but we have laws against suckering people in other areas, and we don't take that approach, and we shouldn't here either. I'm to the point where I no longer consider long-term investing in my own retirement portfolio on moral grounds. I want no part of that system. If they ever clean it up (Hah!), then I'll look at it again. The whole thing sickens me.
