Hello everybody. I've just returned from my vacations and I wonder what happened to this forum while I was away... I haven't done any analysis yet but I'll start the topic anyway since it looks like nobody else is willing to do it.

Is this just awesome, or what? Trying to close it on the HOD, or a new HOD, to set it up for yet another Sunday night GLOBEX/Monday up session. Right off the ABCD. Got to love that long bias back to support that I keep talking about. Again, even if this 'failed' here, that was more than enough movement for an intraday scalp position starting with only 45 minutes left in the day. Whatever it does from here is just fine. Of course it would be great if it keeps going and closes at a new HOD :-) The point is, it does what it does, and that's fine. As traders our job is to manage accordingly. We can't control the market, only how we manage, and trade. Just 'The World According to Jim'.

Too bad we don't have more activity in this forum. Someone charting what I am pointing out, talking about what they are doing, anything. Oh, well, you can lead a trader to a forum, but you can't make him post...

Jim,

Your reads of the markets are truly amazing! I know I use that word in this forum a lot, but I think it really describes how you see (and trade)the markets.

Please keep up the good work!

Thanks. I'm not looking for pats on the back when I do this, I just need to know if I take the time out of the trading day to make posts that they are useful in some ways to the readers. I'm trying to focus the study on the areas that I think are significant to study at that particualr moment, to narrow it down and give people places/concepts to focus on.
