ES closed strong and looks good for a strong start of the week:

However I'll be watching closely bearish ABCDs on the way up since long term questions remained unanswered yet:

That would be quite a bullseye if Gold turned down from here

Wow, I'm just hearing this now. Joe Battipaglia died on Thursday of a heart attack, at only 55. I met him at the San Francisco Money Show many years ago. He was a huge guy, that's what I remember most. I hated what a sellout he was, always bullish no matter what. Just another Wall Street shill. Then, in his latter years, working at Stifel, he really did some great analysis, and saw things much more realistically. I loved to listen to his analysis in those years. What a trip, we are in nearly the same age bracket. You never know when your last day will be...

And that would be it for a strong start since first bearish ABCD didn't require any rise at all:

First bullish ABCD in a long time failed in EUR:

If this bigger one in the Kane Zone fails as well, I'll be looking for short setups

Not an ideal bullseye, but good enough for me if Gold keeps dropping:

Even if this is a part of Bill's plan, which I hope is not, the rise in Bonds respects the geometry extremely well:

ES drop stopped at the Schiff ML, which may leave bulls with the hope, that it was just a correction of the move up from Friday's LOD:

Equally good it may have been W1 of the move of our bearish ABCD

I think it may head for the lower //, not even the ML. I've been thinking 35 since forever. Understand, though, this is really just an index against the Euro, which is by far the heaviest component. If the DX was going up, and the dollar going up against all currencies, the buying power of the dollar could still be going down, even rapidly.

All I care about is the buying power of the dollar, and if you look at gold, silver, oil, foodstuffs, cotton, etc., you can see what is happening to my buying power. This is true in all currencies, even the powerhouse Aussie. It's just losing buying power a little slower as it rises with respect to the dollar. All fiats are on their way out. Do they go together, or do they fall one by one in big explosions...
