I don't know if it is "legit" to do a price projection using the non-abcd legs from the SL of 133.02 to 135.63 back to Hr SL of 133.68 but it projects to 112.8 level around 136.65.

Boy, ES 28-29 is just calling this... Watch 31 on the way, if it does drop. Then we'll see about that 16 and just over 1300 areas.

I'm watching such a bearish 4PT:

If it was W4, than red ML in the Game Zone should be reached. If it was W2, then welcome lower green ML (around 1315 now)

Time for at least a pause in this violent move down off the Kane Zone. In fact the recent turn came in the exact .382/.447 spot

EUR doesn't have much more room on the downside if the following count is correct:

The retracement level of the recent bounce in Crude suggests that a full playout of our bearish ABCD may be in cards:

The move off out bearish 4PT reached 1.460 of it at .886 of the previous advance and x-marks the spot:

If they can't bounce it here, it is going to be a long day for all the bulls out there...

And now Druckenmiller joins Gross and Grantham. Maybe it just took one person (Gross) to say out loud the Emperor has no clothes? At some point the bond vigilantes will overwhelm the Fed. Maybe not yet, but some day...
