I was not aware that ES is trading today despite the Memorial Day. Here is the update of our bearish ABCD:

This small bullish KZ ABCD needs to play out slightly higher to fully invalidate the return move concept:

The move just to 1.618 usually foretells something:

Three Kane ABCDs with lines in them. 1. Kane EXP ABCD completing at 0.447 fibo. 2) Kane TD ABCD completing at 0.447 fibo. 3) A Kane DT completing at 0.382 fibo. The tools are powerful.

Good Trading,

Roofer,
It is NOT Just the Tools. It is the "tooler". I took your list of stocks/etfs and without reading what you said about each or looking at any of your posted charts, I tried using the tools to see what you saw.

I was totally clueless on ZSL and USO. I would never have drawn in the sets you chose. Nothing stood out to draw those sets. I might have drawn them in once I had some fib numbers/pivots after the fact on Wednesday to fit with a line.

I did not get your set on X. I did have a minor one that overlapped some with yours.

I did get your ERX and TNA sets right. But that was all. The other price action such as DBS I missed.

So it is not just the tools. It is the expert using the tools and eyeing the chart to know where to draw to work the geometry in the market. The geometry may be for all to see but I am not yet seeing it.

I doff my hat to you, roofer.

no ches IT IS THE TOOLS.... if the TOOLS are defined as something that has been previously shown at this forum...on two of them i can remember the exact conversations.... in the UCO, not USO, I SHOWED RAT A 3 MEDIANLINE SET SETUP ....in the case of X, IT IS BASED ON AN ABCD that i got tired of jim saying he only showed his mentor students so i showed it and asked jim if that was it and he said yes....not in books.. but it is archived at this forum..... in the case of zsl it was a no brainer based on the chart of slv....three pushes to medianline then failure to hold followed by .886 on gap on 5....all these trades involved not one thing that has not been shown here at this forum....

remember what i do is this.... i map the market with the tools then look to hit a predefined trade setup... in the case of the setup in UCO, i told rat the setup was rare and therefor i had not quantified it based on thousands of examples... but i said i had rarely seen price not react to it... the fact that the .886 on gap on 5 setup at that specific geometry sealed the deal....
