Welcome back everybody! I just returned from my longest holidays in many years. And it looks like the best trading action of the year started just after I left and lasted for whole that period... Coincidence? :-)
Fortunately charts tell us, that it should last for at least some time to come:

A little bearish ABCD here, just like that DB awhile back. Now we see what they intend.

France and Germany are relentless in pushing the trader tax. Once they do it do we follow soon after? It's coming folks, maybe not today, but perhaps as soon as the first big bank implodes. Nothing we can do to stop it. I hope people like paying say $4,000 or $8,000, win or lose, per 1,000 share AAPL trade, or $2,000 for a TLT trade, even if you hold it for three seconds and it stops you out... (This is based on a 1% tax per side, one of the propositions. Even at 0.1% it is $400-$800 per trade on 1,000 shares of AAPL, win or lose.)

Wheeeeeeeee, after a nice pop up they sold it hard right off the expected area. Swooooooooosh. Staying short-side bias until I see it do something substantial off this area. 'Cause if not, 'W3' is a comin', I suspect, and I want it.
