I'm just having trouble thinking about downside with new highs (now new highs for the entire 'bulls#%&' market) set almost daily...

And yes, we are at an extreme, and yes, this will pull back along the way, perhaps right from this very spot, but trying to constantly play countertrend in a raging 'bull' market, well, I'm just focusing on the pullbacks, not the countertrend moves. But, that's just my style. Sure, posted after the fact the counterend moves right off the areas look spectacular, but how many false starts did it take to catch that for the non-roofer-skilled trader? Just something to keep in mind. Countertrend can be done, and someone like roofer is a master of that approach, but I tell my students to not even think about countertrend until at least five years after they feel they have mastery of trend following. Just consider why I say that...

Please understand, all you extreme, countertrend traders, all I am trying to point out here is that yours is a complex, high-level skill, and most if not almost all the readers in here are beginners at this methodology, and are struggling quite a bit. If they focus on countertrend I tend to find they have even more troubles, until they get a solid skill set under their belt and have some success with it, so they can view 'countertrend' in some kind of 'context'. I want them to understand what extreme, countertrend trading setups look like, and what KT continuation setups look like, so they can understand what they may be trying to do.

Interesting. I never thought I'd see Carl Futia (or Abby and Laszlo) outdone, but I have. Scott over at Harmonic Trader has come out with a call for NASDAQ 5000! I just have to wonder, with the bullishness getting to this level, if we aren't close...

BTW, that was another new high for the entire 'bulls#%&' market there.
