Any DOW theory people out there? Notice the massive divergence, not just with the immediate data, but also going well back, between the Industrials and the Trannies.

Notice that the Industrials set a new high for the entire 'bulls#%&" market today. Now look at the Trannies.

Watch 1403.25 here for clues. That may be it. Watch closely. Of course I hope they forsake it, but I'm primed for the machines to come back any time now...

I'm amazed, and very pleasantly surprised, that this is so weak. I know it's just a fantasy, but wouldn't it be cool if the move to new 'bull' market highs in the Dow, and this blowoff move, were the end of the entire 'bull'? We could look back on it historically, the incredible bullishness, and think about the suckers. But, alas, the 'bull' will end when no one is looking for it, not even me...

Still selling. You know what I always say, if the market is selling Jim has an ear to ear grin on his face. And I do...

Wow, we've got major rioting today in my neck of the woods (Seattle). According to the local news, which has now preempted regular programming, 'anarchists' and 'rabble-rousers' are trashing banks and Federal buildings. Imagine what would happen if the monetary system collapsed, food, water, electric, and phone services, not to mention prescription drugs, were unavailable. If this is happening now, think about what is pent up. Imagine the rage if everything we count on was gone. I know everyone thinks I'm too negative and worry too much, but I truly see something way worse than the LA riots, in every city across AmeriKa (not misspelled), as soon as TSHTF. And that is not too far off, in my opinion.

Hey, Jim, why'd you spell AmeriKa that way?

Understand, although I find this video pretty cool, I think we are looking a lot more at Fascism (corporatism) than communism, but it all seems to be in there. Maybe we need a new term: 'Central-planning-ism'.

Futures open 'up' and start to rise rapidly. Cool. Another great read, I think. Who knows if there will be any sustain. But, regardless, it was an easy read, in my opinion, at that LOD.

New high for the move today into the futures close. I think it is now in 'up' mode.

Jim, your reads of the market are simply amazing. "The best."
