The markets are talkin'. I dont know if Jim would allow that ABCD to be called a TD ABCD , since point d was the same price as point b. The point d candlestick is a "long-legged doji," http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doji

and sure did have a nice followthru reaction!

I haven't done any posting today because my face hurts so bad from this enormous grin.

I would be utterly shocked if we don't bounce up hard off this area (the intermediate-term area, not this exact short-term intraday spot, although the 'retest' there makes this area a possibility, too). This is a perfect setup for a strong, gap up Sunday night/Monday run up. The selling has been relentless, it is back to the obvious 'support' area, how can they not? Well, if they truly forsake it, it could keep dropping, but I don't see that happening. We'll see. Point is, I'm expecting some strong upside, and I'm going to be ready for it, if it happens.

I know this is a trading topic, and we all try to refrain from any political statements anywhere in here (but now that roofer isn't around here much anymore, maybe we don't have to worry so much about that
), but I have to tell everyone what I just heard on my local news.

They just mentioned the jobs report today (which, when dissected, is, to me, horrific beyond belief) and they said "This report is good news for Obama in an election year." Are you kidding me? The only good news with this report for Obama in an election year is that if this was a rational world he'd have less than zero percent chance of getting reelected... Gimme a break.

Wow, is that weak. Look at this thing dump into the close and in the aftermarket. It may set a new low for the move in the after-cash. Wow.

And in the last seconds of the futures trading they do, indeed, dump it further to set the new low for the day. Incredible weakness.
