I'm curious to see if they after-cash dump this. It's set up for it, which makes me think they won't do it, or will go straight up with it.

The rating was downgraded by Egan-Jones (at first glance it was not that obvious to notice it was that agency). Is it important rating agency in US? I believe that in Europe only the Big Three (Moody's, Fitch, Standard and Poor's) decisions have significant impact on the markets, but I may be wrong. This may explain why the downgrade was not accounted for in stock and currency prices.

Yes, Marcin, it was EJ, and they aren't a big deal here. Here's my post from earlier:

So strange how the panic drop was right to the key .382, and on bad news the market starts to rise. I'd think on news like this, even though it isn't one of the top three agencies, would drop the Dow like 1,000 points. Shows me just how unrealistic the market really is.

Sorry not to notice it, Jim. I was just going through the posts after coming back from work and was a little bit shocked by the news on Germany, so I did not pay enough attention to the following posts. Thanks for a prompt reply.

This is basically the last area here for this to 'turn down' before it is free to make a move for my next posted area at 22.75-23.50 (center of area, look at the 1.272, 1.460, and 1.618 ext rets). As I said, I can't imagine this not getting to that area. I think it is getting ready to 'make its move' any time now, headed into the European open. Where it goes from there, we shall see, but I think it wants 'up'. It has a lot to overcome to do that, though.

Sure, it's going to butt its head up against this area this many times and fail to break through. Yeah, right.
