I'm going to follow up a bit here, but I don't feel like gathering up and quoting my posts, so anyone who is interested can scroll back and read them. Basically I said I hoped it would sell off the area I had at 56-60, but 55, where it was at, was close enough to be ready. I mentioned another push up. It came in a little off that 55, went to 56.50, and then dumped 17.25 points. This took it to the EXP ABCD, which Al did a chart for, and up it went, over 20 points so far. I got my sell, right to a key area. I really didn't think it would do it. Currently it's at 59.50, 'retesting' this 56-60 area. Now we see if it does want that bigger leg up I mentioned in 6E, 6A, and CL, taking the ES to the next key level. We'll see. You know I'd still prefer for this up move to end here...

When it comes to this recent sideways coil on the 1-min, even though this is a 'retest' of this 56-60 area, I think the odds are much greater that 99% that it will break to the upside, if even just for a stop run. Just a hunch.

And then the hard snap sell as soon as the stops are hit. 2 for 2. Now a snap up, again?

That's what I wonder, too, rat. But beyond the lunacy of all that, my biggest concern is all the people who have just some small amount of savings, fighting the dropping standard of living since around 1972 in real terms, and they are being forced by the Fed to seek yield in much riskier investments. Say they are retired or near retired. Imagine being 70 and having to put all your money in the stock market because real yields are now negative. The Fed is doing that on purpose, and admits such. Force people into the market when that is not an appropriate investment for them. This is sick and twisted.

And then along come the propaganda cheerleaders, from all the TV financial shows, to the endless analysts, to guys like Carl. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. His endless bullish drivel motivates a certain number of people to get long the market from an investment standpoint. He spews propaganda for the evildoers. And that is what I take issue with. Him and all the rest.
