And indeed it was. What a shocker.

68 is another brick wall. Watch as it goes through it like a hot knife through butter...

Now, there is a 0.00001% (not an actual stat, just Jim having fun) chance this was a fake over at least four lines I have converging here, and down it goes, so I'm watching, in case.

I hope my angry sarcasm today made a few points/taught a few lessons. If not, it's the best I can do, given how angry I am all the time about what our 'leaders' have done to our country. Every tick in the market is just a constant reminder to me. Some days it just gets to me.

They sure act like they want my 1390-1400 level in the timeframe I mentioned, from tomorrow to Sunday night/Monday (midnight). I know I'm counting on it. Too bad it can't roll over from this nice area. Once it sees 1400, it will want that new 'bull' market high, I think. Long live Carl Futia!

I can't really add anything new to what I've already said. Up. Soon. Lots. Long live the bull.

Notice the Aussie. Remember when I said it looked like it has another 100 pips or so? Look now. I thought CL wanted 92ish. It's barely a buck away. I'm not saying they are done in these areas, only that they are key areas, and they may react off of them. If they do, ES should stay in lock step. 'Risk off'. Even though the ES seems to want my 1390-1400 area, and in the next few days, if risk goes off, it may drop some. That may be from the next area, or it may be from here. No matter, it is going to be interesting, I think.

It's true that the bull setups are consistently working while the bear setups get busted or don't quite make it. I'm wondering about a possible acceleration in oil ...

That's what I wonder, too, rat. But beyond the lunacy of all that, my biggest concern is all the people who have just some small amount of savings, fighting the dropping standard of living since around 1972 in real terms, and they are being forced by the Fed to seek yield in much riskier investments. Say they are retired or near retired. Imagine being 70 and having to put all your money in the stock market because real yields are now negative. The Fed is doing that on purpose, and admits such. Force people into the market when that is not an appropriate investment for them. This is sick and twisted.

And then along come the propaganda cheerleaders, from all the TV financial shows, to the endless analysts, to guys like Carl. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. His endless bullish drivel motivates a certain number of people to get long the market from an investment standpoint. He spews propaganda for the evildoers. And that is what I take issue with. Him and all the rest.
