Let's start the week with this funny article. My answer to the question, laugh or cry, is definitely cry. I have seen a similar article about Greenspan, and it was equally pathetic. How we ever get to the point where we worship characters like this, and put them in charge, I can't even fathom a guess. Or how the 'citizens' just tolerate it and keep worshiping...

Understand, this article was posted in Dec 2010, but is till quite valid. I wonder how many more bad reads he has done since then?

There it is! From a new LOD, right back to the 'bull' market high, just like that. Same old, same old.

And there's the new 'bull' market high. Pricing in a little more than that $850 billion in QE3 coming up, huh?

I'm 'guessing' tomorrow it goes up 20-30, maybe 40 on the 'news'? Then on to the new all-time highs by the election, and then over 1600 by year end, at least. Gold at $2,500+. Crude $150. But that's all just a 'guess'.

Okay, I'm done throwing up thinking about all this stuff, so I'll post this for those that like throwing up. This is not a radical article, this is basic, obvious stuff, and I feel it surely is going to happen. It's happening as we speak. Then it's 'Game Over'.

I'm not going to say anything like that's the top. A one-day wonder and then they sell the news. I'm not even going to say that's a short-term high there right at a key SL. This here is a tiny dip to buy. I'm not even going to say it's already up like 30 points from the launch point, so it may be slowing, or need to digest. I'm a super-bull. I think a new all-time high before the election is a joke, we may see it in a week or two. Tony Dwyer's 1575 by year end is a joke, we make see that well before the election. We may see S&P 2,000 by year end, or early next year. And from there. the sky's the limit.

You think I'm doing my usual sarcastic bit? No, I'm dead serious. Remember Zimbabwe, highest return of any stock market during their hyperinflation (in nominal term, not real terms, of course). With 'Dragh Queen' saying he will go 'unlimited', and now Psycho Benny saying he'll print 'as long as needed' the end game has started. But, I don't think we will have a hyperinflation, despite what I have said in the past. I think we will have something few are discussing, and that's very high inflation. Now isn't the time or place to explain, but hyperinflation isn't 'super-high inflation', it's a complete loss in faith in a currency.

I think we are going to be having 40% or so inflation per year (it's about 20% right now for the middle class, using any reasonable metric), starting soon, as they up the 'competitive devaluation' race to the bottom. It should be a lot of fun. Now, how they'll keep bonds down low so the gov doesn't go under, that will be interesting, but I'm sure they have some measure in place to do that. In the meantime, I'll be looking at long setups 99%+ of the time, literally.

And here's a closer view to real-world inflation already:
