Okay, I'm still trying to get my footing here with this new format. I'm not sure where I'm going yet. We'll see...

Now waiting on 16.00-.50. But, I will say this, the lines here are fantastic, and if this gives way...

Posting fast there.

19.25-.75

16.00-.50 (.447 at 17.50)

Watch 21.00-.50 on the way there.

This all assumes it isn't done yet, a big if. But, I have to see what it has to give.

Let me clarify this just a bit, but then I want to stop posting for awhile. Look back at all my posts for today. I clearly said straight up I thought this was worth a shot off the HOD area today (I posted this after it had started). The trigger was exceptionally clear. I mentioned three levels I was watching. I commented on how I was begging it to give me one of the lower areas, preferably the lowest one (just hit now). It should be very, very clear this was what I was hoping for. I bi#%&ed about the grind, and kept expecting they'd try to destroy this plan. But this was the plan, despite my thinking out loud.

I also mentioned how I have been looking for pullbacks on the way up. I thought the 25 area was a worthwhile shot for downside. It was basically a scratch by the methodology. 30-31 was worth a shot, and that was an insane drop. 15.50, another possible shot for a down move (a good potential intraday short-term play, not as good for a potential bigger move). And again here at today's HOD. Now it's right at the level I was hoping it would get to.

None of this negates long plays. So far a long play may shape up again, or finally some real downside may unfold. As it gets closer to the upper levels, the risk goes up for additional long plays, in my opinion, assuming (an assumption which some may not make) this is not headed to new highs for the 'bull'.

I don't know if I make myself clear or not. Sometimes, and this is nothing I'd ever like to see anyone who doesn't have years and years and years of successful trading under their belt to be doing, one can play with the trend, and also take countertrend stabs at it in areas where the trend may end. This gives positioning if a move does start, and at the least a countertrend play if it just does a checkback. Very advanced, very complex stuff with lots of details in the mechanics of it, but I wanted to point it out so when you hear me cheering a down move when I'm posting upside areas it makes sense.

Just because there are some upside areas, it doesn't mean it will reach the very last one. As things unfold I may get more and more interested in the countertrend move that may become the next trend move. This is a variation of rat and roofer's extreme play setups, in a sense. There is nothing wrong with doing that if one knows exactly what they are doing, why they are doing it, and they are nimble and highly skilled. At least that's my take.

I hope this makes sense...

What I wouldn't give for this to turn into a 'tiger by the tail' play...

Tiger by the tail? See, this is why I like trailing stops instead of targets.

Yeah, there's some things around 6.00-8.50, and even a few things in here around 11-12, but otherwise, it's toast. I guess they think O'Bummer is going to get in after all?
