The area at which ES stopped on Friday wasn't accidental at all.

How funny, I typed that, got distracted, then came back and posted it, and then saw your post. Reminds me of how jarek and I used to go back and forth and post at almost the same time, but he did it with a chart!

But, there are reasons why I listed the area as 94-95 (center of area). It's done as much as it has to, if that's what it wants. But I think the odds are fairly high the area will not be respected at all. It is set up for the scenario I mentioned, though, which is bring it down again for better AM prices, as they did this AM, then up and over tomorrow with a strong Friday close for the holiday weekend (remember 'the old days' when no one wanted to hold over the weekend or over holidays so they all sold?).

That was a nice 3.50 point range for about four hours there. Great...

Let's see if they can do any selling in the last minutes here... I doubt much will happen. I doubt it will even grind down overnight for better prices.

That doesn't mean it won't, and that doesn't even mean I would chide someone who said they were short, as long as they said they planned to be nimble and not fight it if the clues said otherwise. I'm just very, very cynical as this sits a few points from new all-time highs.

Okay, well another what I think was a fantastic week for trading goes into the history books. See ya all Sunday night. Other than the five hour break on Monday from 10 AM to 3 PM Pacific time, the ES will be trading. It may be light, but they use that to move it, too. Regardless, I'll be there.
