I'll start the week out with a chart from over at Slope. Oh, if only analogs like these played out more than the seemingly about 1% of the time that they do... Oh, if only...

Okay, time for the last half hour on a Friday pop into the close, and perhaps another new all-time high (I don't really see it, but who knows).

Last second burst? After-cash burst? It would be cool if they stayed in a 3.50 point range for the entire day, especially on a Friday.

Here's a little bit on what I was just saying. It's really, really sick stuff... Just read to the horizontal line if you are short on time.

I don't know, this is just an opinion, but I think this is a must read for everyone in this country, and even on this planet.

Here's a great quote that I think really applies to trading, big time.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I think the middle one applies, too, if you know the enemy, but not yourself.
