Okay, is that the sweep up, now everyone is trapped, and down it goes? We'll know soon, I suspect.

I think there is like a 30%-40% chance it chops from the low so far, or slightly below, to this recent 1-min swing high, until cash close.

It has the look of a big sell coming, but not to me. I mean, they are making it look that way, but it doesn't look right to me. I expect a snap up any time now...

I'm tired already of trying to second guess this 1-min action. I'll assume chop is the most likely scenario now, as described above.

Boy, that chop call was one of my best reads in awhile. When they set it up like this, down to a key area, it needs more down but they won't let it. They want to perhaps run it down in the illiquid overnight for better AM prices, they drive it to the key area with an hour or a bit more to go, and then just chop it until RTH close.

Yawn. Now they are making it look like it might 'break out' going into the RTH close. Let's see what kind of game that turns out to be.

So, this is what recovery looks like in 'exceptional' AmeriKa? 2008 was the 'wave 1' (crisis-wise), and I have less than zero doubt 'Wave 3' is going to be quite an extended wave, not one of those 1.618 multiples of 'Wave 1' (again, in severity of crisis, not stock market values). I've been saying for a long time now "America is gone". Now I see I'm not the only one. The whole planet is gone.
If any written history survives (something I'm not so sure about), they will look back at this period, of when we were in the eye of the storm, a storm that gained a tremendous amount of strength while we were in the eye, and muse about how no population in history has ever deluded themselves this much (not just the U.S, but the world, as I see Europe being a bit worse off than we are (yes, I think, mathematically, that's the case), and Japan and China as complete jokes). They will wonder how we could even do this, pretend we are fine when the world was burning around us (normalcy bias to the umpteenth power), waste the only chance we had to salvage something, and we just sat back, let the power-mongers make it a lot worse, loot us fully and completely.
But, I've come to conclude it just has to play out this way. Something worse then WWII and all that suffering just is in the cards, it has to happen. It has to, because we didn't do anything to stop the groundwork from being laid over the decades. Bye, Bye, AmeriKa, and world. Bye-Bye.
