Hmmm, that looks a lot like the 1850-60 area I mentioned awhile back.

Two days in a row buying the 'aftermarket' has produced handsomely for those willing to do it. Wow.

Nice get. Then 28 points, by my data, right down. Into the third week with incredible size on the movements. It's a trader's nirvana.

64.75... Is it done? 'Big' bounce time? Or one more push?

Sorry I've had almost no enthusiasm lately to post. Maybe again soon. Hard to get excited when most days it's rat and Marcin. We have a good-sized group of new people, and some older ones lately, but they all come by here and there, so they add maybe one or two a day, sometimes. And one Twitter account I saw recently (not trading related) had forty-four million followers. It's discouraging. I don't want a lot of followers, I am not wanting to let too many people know about all this stuff, but wouldn't it be nice to have ten or twenty regulars?

As an aside, you all know how I like to talk about inflation. The word is, the highest, most out of control inflation is in college tuition and healthcare. I agree, those are the obvious ones. But there is one thing that blows those away, and has the highest inflation I have ever seen in a 'no inflation' environment, and that is vitamins. I've complained about this before multiple times, but I order/buy a slew of vitamins on average every six months. The last time the increases were between 20%-40% for the various items. This was in a six month period. The times before that were a bit less, but close. Time after time. I keep hoping this will stop at some point, it's a multiple 'one-off'. I am looking to order again, and it's another big jump, many in the 20% range. This is insane. The Fed said there is no inflation, we need more. I need to pay more for these vitamins.
For some perspective, let's say the increase averages 30% every six months, for the sake of this example. Then how much has the price increased in five years? About 1,378%! In five years! How about in ten years? About 19,000%. I am not kidding, or exaggerating, it's just a mathematical calculation. It's been going on for years now, with no signs of stopping. And the Fed is telling me I am not paying enough for vitamins, I need to pay more. It will be good for me, my family, and the economy if I pay more. Yeah, uh-huh.

I need to find out the best way to play this convergence trade. Any wonder why the ES dropped down later in the day (besides it hit a key area)?

Nah... And even if it did happen, the ES down 400 points from here, whoop-de-do. It's still up like 125% off the lows. Wow, and that's after an '87 style crash?
