The Euro made a huge drop on Friday and still has a plenty of room to go.
It stopped at a very technical spot, so I'll be looking at two areas to continue to the downtrend: 1.2420 with best timing before European open tomorrow and 1.2440-50 which may produce a reversal at any time before tomorrow or on Tuesday at the latest.

TL backtest at 1.2405 with couple of other things coming together there is a very short term opportunity, if any, in my opinion.

Like I said, though, they make it look super-weak, then spring the trap.

So, 69 and change to sweep the HOD now?

As soon as I saw the dump there I said the verdict must be in. The grand jury has made its decision. Verdict to be announced shortly. 110% chance he acted accordingly, no charges. Even though the victim was 108 feet away, had his hands in the air, and said 'I give up' I guess the cop was, indeed, in imminent fear for his life, and using his tazer, which they love to use so much, was out of the question. Same old, same old in AmeriKa. One is over ten times as likely to be killed by the police here than to be killed by a terrorist. I know what I'm more worried about.

I'd expect the rush up in here, after this shakeout, to take a shot at the HOD, and then we'll see. The announcement will probably be after the close. That should make for some action later and into the holiday week.

Otherwise we've had a five point range day, with a good part of it less than that, and it's been the biggest waste of time snoozefest in a long time. It's coiling for that verdict...

I guess they aren't interested in taking another shot at the HOD. I can't wait to see the swings when the announcement is made. And even if they indict him for the lowest possible charge, the chances of a conviction is 0%.

Can't see how they wouldn't take out that HOD before the close...

I would think they'd go for it with no small pullbacks so no one can get back in after being shaken out. Just a thought.

Not that I care even one tiny little bit, but I'm surprised they couldn't do it there. And if they do do it now, it will be with a small pullback there for people to get in on. I can't see that, given the game they are playing. I'm ready for today to be over. I don't like to stop watching, so I'm stuck here even if it's a two tick range for the entire day. But it ain't fun...

It should be ready, timing-wise, to come out of this range.
