The Euro made a huge drop on Friday and still has a plenty of room to go.
It stopped at a very technical spot, so I'll be looking at two areas to continue to the downtrend: 1.2420 with best timing before European open tomorrow and 1.2440-50 which may produce a reversal at any time before tomorrow or on Tuesday at the latest.
TL backtest at 1.2405 with couple of other things coming together there is a very short term opportunity, if any, in my opinion.

I can't really see any more downside on the ES today, but if it did, this is the spot.

That new all-time high by three ticks, with a retest, was something. Same old, same old. I knew they'd get it, I just didn't expect they'd save it for the AM. I should have expected that.

AAPL doesn't need to run too much more to be the first U.S. company with a trillion dollar market cap. Cool, we need more AAPL products.

ES reacts off that area. Now watch here. If it was just a trap, this is where they'd goose it back up. I rather suspect, though, we may just chop in a narrow range now for the rest of the day, like yesterday. That would be fun.

It did everything I mentioned above. Reacted, set trap, reamed everyone in the trap. Yawn. Once you understand it, it becomes 'easy' to see it set up.

Ideal would be a move to 76-77 now, another new all-time high. But, it may do no more than that sucker trap pop, and now stay in the chop range. We'll see. They may 'save' the new all-time high for tomorrow. One per day, spread them out.

It's giving all that pop back. It was just another trap. Ho-hum. Now watch here at the TL.

The ES looks done going up for now. We'll see. The TL is right here, tested twice now.
