After spot market clouse the Euro gave a 35 reaction off the area posted on Friday, but I would expect a little more down.
The Cable is also in a very distinctive area, defined clearly by basic KT tools.

Watch closely here in the 6's as it takes that one last 1-min leg down into the meat of the area. Make no mistake, I want it to collapse here, but I think the odds area higher they start it back up, or chop it.

Best case scenario for this short is probably 1900, but 88-92 would be awesome. It's probably done at 4.75 here.

Woo-hoo, deep KZ bounce, then the sellers reappear. But I think chop is most likely. I'd like to see it get monkey-hammered, but I still think it's done.

Hard to think the economy is going gangbusters (as they say it is) when looking at CAT and X, for example... And look at EWZ. Brazil is getting roasted on an open fire.

What more could you wish for? A return of roofer would round it out nicely. Anyway, it is far better to have three focused traders than a chat room full of noise. This week was another killer week, can't wait for next week ;)
