My guess is that they want to test the previous low in the ES, so my most optimistic area is between 76 and 82.
Key supports on the way down are at 18 and 6-7.

ES looking strong off this key area, as mentioned by Marcin. Time to get ready to watch the ABCD area, which I expect will be a 'W3', but you never know. 63.25 points on that sell high to low by my data, in one shot. Look at the sells in the Euro, cable, and crude. Yeah, I'd say volatility is back. It's just incredible, isn't it?

Pretty frickin' amazing finish there. I'll never get used to 20 point smooth, fast moves, no matter how many I see.

Maybe they want 30+ in this smooth move, before futures close? That sounds like too much.

I have a couple of lines at 14, but some mark the area a bit lower, at 9.

Well, futures closed three ticks shy of 30 off the LOD. But the second leg straight shot move is more technically important, so I expect that will go a bit more when it reopens, although the momentum generally fades on the reopen, so we'll see.

Yes, I see your area at 9. I thought it would really want that 30+ dealio it likes so much, and there are a few things there that 'coincidentally' overlap right there. So I thought they'd go for it.
