What does "bigs +9800 mean?
El Toro - I run a study called BAV that lets me get a cummulative count of activity from the time and sales to try to figure out what big money traders are doing. A trade on the bid is considered a sale (distribution) while a trade on the ask is considered a buy (accumulation). I arbitrarily use trades of 50 or more contracts as the big money cutoff so a trade of 50 or more gets added or subtracted to the cummulative big money total while trades of 49 or less contracts get added or subtracted from the cumulative small money total. On the chart below, big money is the white line against the right axis in the BAV section while small miney is the brown line against the left axis. Right now bigs are +10025.
