Are you using Trade Station or Esignal? They are notorious for lagging during periods of high volatility.

i use bestdirect8 from PFG

if you look at my posted chart thats also a 2B bottom with target of 69ish and an abc with 1st 62.75, 63.50, 64.25

trendline may be problem

will need a close above 64 - last swing high

It depends where you are in line the contracts that were there before you will get filled first for example you can be sitting at a price and never be filled because not enough contracts were traded to fill yours.
