I continue to believe that the move down off our big bearish Kane ABCD isn't finished yet because it hasn't reached 1.272 external retracement of that ABCD. Therefore I still look for a potential W4 correction of that move in the form of a sharp zigzag. My downsloping warning line was breached on Friday but there is a downsloping set suggesting that Friday's high could have marked the end of such zigzag. There was a clear retest of the line before the end of the session so it looks quite interesting:

That's what I have, and is 'sees' it, but those manipulators are relentless, and have basically 'infinite' money, so I'm being very cautious. That doesn't mean I won't trade an area I like, only that I may be more 'jumpy' than usual when fighting the MRRD's, and I am very receptive to price action clues. Not to mention I'm long side bias now intraday, so it will have to show me something to get me off that. 98 is my next area after this on the upside.

And it's so close to showing me something...

Get ready for a potential snap back as they suck people in here.

Okay, nice. No snap back after that trigger, so it wasn't a trap. That doesn't mean it will go any further, that they won't come in right at this spot here, but now the play has some cushion, my favorite spot to be in. Now we see what it does. I still suspect 'up' is very likely, but we'll see.

Wow, look at that illiquidity glitch. I like it. But sometimes that ends the move with a vicious snap back. If it's a omen of things to come, though...

Did you nail that spot or what, jarek? This is looking good.

The low here at 83.50 is dead on three key lines I have from before.

If they take that out, and that swing low at 82.75, that could get it going. But I'm cautious in here. A nice little bearish ABCD would be nice :-)

There's the little ABCD...

And it fulfills its objective. Now, is this a bigger bullish ABCD here, or a 'W3'? Get ready for a bounce, and if not, then swoooooosh. Something should happen right here, I suspect.

71-73 is a key area, if this can sell.

traders here know i trade a stack of charts in groups of ten to look beyond the indexes to see if the parts support a bias in the market.. especially before a big report i ask the cold hard question strictly based on the geometry...'' is the geometry of sell or buy in place on the previous days close.. so that no matter how ''good or bad'' the news, the computers already know how they will react?''then i ask after the initial reaction on the open'' does any additional geometry, usually an 886 on gap at line, support a continued push all day in one direction...?''here is a glimpse of my charts... note KLAC is an old favorite of jim's... the dbs was just waiting to blast.
