Anyone notice that SLW is a monster cup and handle on the daily chart? Very curious, since it seems by all accounts silver and gold are getting close to pretty much done...

BTW, if SLW continues to rise, I'd be watching the area around the mid 49's. It may stretch to the mid 50's (not as in 55, as in 50.change). Then the key Fib's, line set lines, and SL's come in. We'll see. Maybe it's totally done now already. Makes no difference to me.

Famous KT saying applies: 'It does what it does, all I can do is manage/react according to my 'Trading Plan'.' It 's not my job to get emotionally vested in a position. My job is to find 'em, set 'em up, let 'em run, and manage according to the 'Trading Plan', letting probability run its course. If I have an edge, then I should make money net overall. End of story.

I reiterate this over and over (that one is from the 'Department of redundancy department') so that it becomes second nature in here. I could care less about any one trade or what it does. Each one is a mile marker along the highway on a long trip. A single poker hand in a lifetime a tournaments. Only one thing matters to me, and that's the number on the bottom right hand side of the brokerage statement. I want that number to be bigger each month, if possible. That's all that matters.

Hey, did you see that pop the Aussie did a little bit ago, on the 15-min? Sweet. I constructed a play on the Aussie on the recent low around 96 and change (basis M1 futures). One of the best line convergences I've ever seen. Also, a very, very cool structure I've built a setup around. Watching roughly 104-105 and 109, so it may be getting to an area to watch.

Nice chart. I love cup and handles if they have 'context', like cotton did. I find them extremely reliable. And the more I hear people laugh at them, the better I like them. So, when I see one going with work I already have in place, I take notice.

Thanks. That's about the best thing, I feel, that I can bring to the forum, my trader talk. jarek does the charts much like I'd do them. I like to add in my thinking. Maybe it's good, maybe not, but it is what it is, and if it is helpful, I'm glad for that.

the context will be critical here I think in the metals...as I feel a little correction might take place....but it has to prove it to me. I like how the metals and energies all hit the "KGZ" and then are trickling lower.
