Funny how that played out. My last posts on GC and ES, and that was as far as they went. Note the 'topping' formations they put in on say a 15-min or 5-min. The rollovers were pretty clear after that. I have to be honest, I'm surprised they are selling everything like this. I was wishing gold would go way down (recall that link I posted about the negative lease rates, which kicked off the gold selling), even to under $1,000, but I didn't think the odds favored any really selling. I'd just like a 'last chance' to be able to buy some 'cheap'. And crude dropping, well, that's just incredible. All this, without the dollar up substantially. Interesting.

ES 'on the move'. Up 13 now off the low. What was I saying about getting better prices and then the gov/TBTF will gun it up for the bonuses? We'll see. I can't imagine them not gunning this up by year end for bonuses...

Now, the question is, is the ES going to rise any further than this 11.25 area? If all the areas rat showed can't drive this way up, that would tell me something.

.382/.447 area 1212.13-1213.64... 11.25 the first key number for me.

BTW, short-term intraday I'm long-side bias right now off the areas at the LOD, so one could say I'm 'riding the grind' into this first key area. I'd love it to blow up to the upside, but the overlapping swings, the grind, the key area here, I'm ready for this to stop.
