The ES is simply exploding up in here. The 'formula' is just so simple lately it's crazy. Wait for the morning low at support from the methodology, buy, holding until the area of new highs (or the trailing stops kicks one out), lather, rinse, repeat, over and over and over. And since we are almost at another new high already, looks like it played out yet again. Crazy. Just crazy. But very cool from a trading perspective.

I actually agree 100% with that. It makes sense. The only thing I differ on is the timeline. If we have the rapid hyperinflation I expect we'll see that level in a year, or a few months, after it starts. Like Zimbabwe. But, let's say they are spot on.

Think of the logic of it. The value of stocks won't essentially change. The price will go up because of inflation. The market just reprices stocks based on the current currency valuation (like it is doing as we speak). So, they are looking for a 20 fold increase in prices in twenty years, give or take. In other words, the dollar will lose about 95% of it value in twenty years. A gallon of gas will be $80, and mean home prices will be say $5 million.

Look at the change in the buying power of the dollar over some other periods, weigh in that they are printing money worldwide at an unprecedented rate, and it makes sense you could see that 20-fold increase in twenty years. Since the FED was created just under one-hundred years ago the dollar has lost about 97% (give or take) of its buying power. So, is another 95% drop in twenty years so unreal, at the rapid rate of devaluation we are doing now? I think not.

Hence, I find this article very plausible, and very likely. But, bottom line, you'll still buy less for one share of stock in 2032 than you can buy with that same share now. Mark my words on that, you can take that to the bank.

So, the ES appears to want that 1415-19 I mentioned before, real bad. But I have a feeling it may go way beyond that with no pause, the way they are acting. We'll see.

I've been watching that myself....there's just so many lines that can converge in one place at one time....I wonder if they turn it here or do a fake out break down to the triple 1.27 in a 20¢ box - 4667-4687

Very interesting, guys, in its potential implications, too.

It feels to me as though so many things are being pushed to the line, to the exit of the longer moves. I wonder how much more complacent people can get about the risk on trade.
