So, will this gap up and then start the run to that say 1425 area from my scenario last week? The time factor I was looking at said by Sunday night or Monday, but you all know I don't weigh the time factors that I do very heavily. Add in the sideways action for a few days and it has either coiled for a fast pop, or the time factor won't come into play at all. As I concluded last week, I thought the odds were perhaps 75/25 that this will head up to that next level, as opposed to this being a topping formation. We shall see soon enough. I'll post the early indications from the spot FX market when they become available.

BTW, AAPL up over 80 from that AH low at 565, at another new all-time high. People thought I was joking about calls swelling in value.

I'm just looking over some ES scattered 1-min volumes. 21, 22, 43, 44, 61... Holy c#%&. 21 contracts in a minute on a Friday afternoon? I'd think 1,000 per minute would be low, and perhaps 3,000 per minute somewhat average. This market is insane. 3 point range for almost five hours now. 4.25 point range for the entire day. This market is just junk lately. Ever since Knight had its blowup. I wonder if that is a coincidence?
Still expecting the late Friday ramp into the close on low volume.

Oooh, this may be telling. I just heard a Bloomberg headline and it said 'Is it safe to be a bull again as stocks inch towards new highs?' Ruh-roh.

So, I was hearing how AAPL was the highest market cap tech company, but it is now, by far and away the largest market cap company in the world. Bigger than Exxon-Mobile. It is well over double the size of Microsoft. Well over double the size of Microsoft!!! Way bigger than PetroChina, actually well more than double their size, too. Bigger than the entire retail sector, way bigger than the entire semiconductor sector. Soon it could be bigger than both combined. Approaching triple the size of Wal-Mart, triple the size of GE, triple the size of Chevron, triple the size of IBM.
In other words, for example, it is about the size of Microsoft, Wal-Mart, and GE put together. Anyone starting to see the insanity of this? No? All I hear is how great AAPL products are. And I know I'm the exception, living up here in the woods and all, but except for one buddy I have who has always been a giant AAPL fan, and a recently added person who said he bought an iPad, I don't know another person who ones a single AAPL product. And I'm sure this has some saying 'See, Jim, look at all those people AAPL can still sell to, look at all that room for growth.' Riiiiiiiiiiiiight...
