Euro is struggling with .447 of the bearish ABCD, but given the 200 days MA and lines slightly beneath the area, even it fails range trading may be expected similar to the one near the C point.

I just heard the headline on Bloomy that 'Consumer confidence unexpectedly dropped'. It dropped? Reeeeeeeeeeeally (using my best Jim Carrey in Ace Ventura accent).

If this doesn't bounce, I'm looking at 50 very-short-term, and then 46.00-47.50 and 39.25-41.50, center of areas.

Let me add (and I just can't imagine this selling into a Friday close) that 43-44, between my two areas, is also a minor area, so I'll be seeing how it handles that (like we'll be seeing any of this... yeah, right, sure).

Here they come...
Goosing it up the charts...
Get the funniest looks from...
Every bear we meet...
Hey, hey, we're the Rampers...
Sung to the tune 'Hey, Hey, We're The Monkees'

My answer is 'I doubt it', but anything over 53.00-.25 and I wouldn't touch it with a stick. I think the play is going to turn out to be 'long into the close'. We'll see.

So, an initial strong reaction right off the area, then up? Set the trap and spring it?

Just for the record, my viewpoint is short off that nice area earlier (time 12:46-48), and feeling like being sarcastic because I know the manipulation rampers want to mess with such a nice layout and not let it do what it needs to do.

For the first time in history, I think I'm posting more on the upcoming demise I see coming than on trading stuff. Right now I'm just a thorn in everyone's side. Some day I suspect everyone will look back at ol' Crazy Jim and say 'Now I know what Jim meant when he said "If you bet the sun is going to blow up and it does, what do you win???" '
