I'll start it off. I'm still trying to figure out how to be useful in my posting and not post hundreds of times per week. I can't seem to not get carried away. (That's why I never post in the early AM session, where it takes more concentration.) Then I burn myself out, and use up my precious resources that I should be reserving for my health issues. And I'm only posting a fraction of what I'm seeing... It just drives me nuts to see all this and not try to post it. I do have to come up with a solution.

Thanks Jim .. you are doing a great job here.
As far as I am concerned I like real time commentary. What would be very usefull is after the session ends some 'summary chart'. I mean maybe you can paste your real time comments on the chart (as you do from time to time) and add things you see on that chart in the moment of the post (of course done after the fact). That way we have real time comment and 'after the fact' forks lines fibs etc. but still as close as possible to the truth.
I like the fact that you post for example "ABCD on 1 min chart" and I can see it. And the fact you are not 'affraid' of beeing "wrong" at the time is helpfull too. People who understand a 'trigger part' would know if you would be in or not. Still like 100% better than showing setup after market moved like 10 handles :)

Thanks, tomo. Since I know you like to follow the short-term ES I wanted to know your thoughts. Now if pinkf64 would answer (send me an e-mail if you don't want to post it here), and EricD, that would help.
I have been thinking that I want to keep the real time, maybe just learn how to trim it back, and then try a summary chart or two after the fact showing the key things about the real time. The charts just take me so long, it can easily run up to an hour to redo (my own charts are far too loaded up, I've developed an eye to see what I need with lots of clutter) one chart and tie it to the comments. But I'm thinking on this.

Jim,
I am sorry to hear about your health issues, and your distress about past issues regarding your "presence." Here is my two cents, and I hope it makes sense (haha) and maybe helps. IMHO, ALL your commentary is good, and the other forum members' comments are ALL good. Whatever works for you stress-relief-wise, will work well, I think. I still think you are very well respected and admired by the trading community for your work and creations. I think certain people use manipulative behavior on others, whom they perhaps consider a threat, as a means of trying to get the other person to lose emotional control (I am not a psychologist.) It is a game with them, and some get very good at it. I would not take it personally. I think it is jealousy on the part of others that is the motivation here. Again, I am so glad that you sell your educational wares and services to the trading community. When the student is ready, the teacher appears.

Thanks, Al, I appreciate that. Yeah, it does seem as though some simply can't ever give credit to anyone else or their achievements. Perhaps it is that they feel so inadequate about themselves that they can't accept anyone else as being accomplished because to accept that means maybe, in their eyes, that they aren't so good themselves. It's an old saying 'It's not enough for me to be successful, all my friends must fail, too.' I guess it's probably like that. What a sad world this is.

It took it a little while after the close, but well before the approach to the European open, but here it is, 41.75 trades. Let's see what it does.

There is not one single aspect of the price action that says anything to me except new 'bulls#%&' market highs coming. If that's not what it does the performance it's putting on deserves an Oscar.

Although one blog I use quite successfully for contrarian signals just flipped long, so that could be a problem...

so far, every bit of price action since the last low has been consistent with an implied move to the upper line area....I will be impressed if it gives us symmetry, but the more I see this, the more I realize that the wisdom of using a modified schiff set on back to back sharp moves implies symmetry. (as an aside, I wish I remembered the difference between a modified schiff set and a plain old schiff set.)
