This may be an intresting week. Gold made a bullish ABCD on H1, against daily bearish one, which were shown by Duane and Rat. Probably it needs one more leg up deeper into the PTA before a reversal.

Scary stuff. They are going after everything. So, now having over $5,000 in cash (something every smart person should have on hand in my opinion, in case you wake up and all the banks are closed) is subject to confiscation, on the assumption it is drug money or money laundering. What about due process and innocent until proven guilty? Now banks are starting to not allow currency or gold in safe deposit boxes. And government is saying you aren't allowed to 'hide' cash from the government. I agree, if you obtained the cash illegally. But if I take $5,000 out of my bank, money I can show I legally earned, and I squirrel it away in my mattress, am I hiding it from the government? They can confiscate it assuming it is drug money? I can't show them the receipt (what are they doing in my house, anyway?) and off they go, leaving me alone?

Everyone should see where this is going. Not only are they hunting for money, they are basically saying you can't have emergency cash on hand. If things start to look weak, forget taking your money out and holding on to it, they will just come and take it. Stay in the bank, it gets taken for a 'bail in'. Take it out and it gets confiscated without due process as 'drug' money or laundered money. Does everyone see what is unfolding before your very eyes? There is no way any of us will retain one single cent when this is done, mark my words.

Okay, so I see the futures are indicated to open down a few points. I said to myself 'Good, that will be a dip to buy.' Now, look at a tick chart or the 1-min chart. That is, to me, beyond epically stoo-pid. The entire market is, pretty much, in all ways. But this just shows it so clearly to me. Stooooooooooo-pid.

And there's another burst. It's 'good', it was a dip to buy, it will likely keep going now, but my gosh, this thing is so stoo-pid. Why indicate it (open it) down if there are a slew of pay anything buyers right there? Well, manipulation for better prices. But, how can they just do that and no regualtors even care? Oh, wait, they are all in on it. Sorry, silly question.

No posts? Is it because the format is so screwed up? Or is almost everyone too busy doing other stuff?
