This may be an intresting week. Gold made a bullish ABCD on H1, against daily bearish one, which were shown by Duane and Rat. Probably it needs one more leg up deeper into the PTA before a reversal.

Oh, and after they gunned it one tick over yesterday, they regunned it around 21:00. By how much? Three ticks. I'm sure it's all a coincidence. After all, the market is random, and there is no such thing as stop guns, because random price action would not allow for that.Riiiiiiiiiiiigt.

It does look like the overstretched, blow off move here should take it to new all-time highs very soon, perhaps tomorrow. I'd like to see it get there with little to no correction. I have two final destination areas (assuming 2000 is off the table, and it may not be), and if this keeps going I will post them later. They are like mid-1700's and mid-1800's, to give you the ballpark levels. This 'should' end the 'bull'. It's not a given, though, that it will take the highs out, or do more than a stop run. Time-wise, though, I think it needs more time for a solid top. To me, though, this is all finishing touches, and the end is nigh.

It does look like they'll reach for the new highs soon, maybe around the European open. There is also the 'bring it in in the AM for better prices' deal, which sometimes happens in the overnight session (do understand that some hard-core things are starting to come in in here). So, they may decide to bring it in then go for the highs, which might then take more than one day. Understand, though, this is super (super) overstretched here, and it could sell hard and fast any second. If one is long, that is something that must be accepted.

Getting long when this stretched is super-high risk, and probably has a net negative expected value over a series of trades. So, if already long the plan, according to the methodology, would be to ride using the management plan. If not long already for a longer play, be very selective with very short-term setups, and don't be counting on any more upside, because it may not happen. That's not to say long plays can't be found, only that they should start from areas where price comes in, and the expectations should be very meager and realistic.

Let me add, the top leader has been the Naz. AAPL, the biggest stock in the NASDAPPL index, got money-hammered to the tune of about 10% today from the recent high (which was one of my key two levels that I posted way in advance). This may be seen as a 'divergence', and may be significant. It may be a 'leading indicator' for what's to come after new highs. Just a thought.

If you like reading about rogue HFT stuff, this one is for you. To me, this is scary stuff. Look how fast they were able to fry the market. What if someone malicious wanted to take it down? What if this happens (I mean 'when' this happens) when the market is already collapsing. This market is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo broken, it's just madness. At least Goldman didn't have to pay any fines and they didn't have to take any losses. That's good. And very fair.
