Okay, I'll start it off. I can't say I'm really excited, like I usually do. Maybe that's just me, personally, and maybe it's these 2.75 point for four or five hour deals. I suspect, as I mentioned on Friday with that 'odd' late session pop, that this is going to gap up and do a 'gap and go'. This is substantiated by the 'news' that war is now put way off by the details that were hammered out over the weekend. They now have until like mid-2014 for the final compliance and inspections. Too funny, from an imminent strike to delayed almost a year. I wonder how they are going to get their needed war regardless... So, this 'should' be a large gap up, taking out the all-time high I would suspect tonight or no later than tomorrow. If it doesn't do that, that would be a clue to me.

BTW, India tested a missile today capable of carrying a nuke, with a range of about 3,000 miles, which puts Beijing and Europe in range. All this while Pakistan is adding nukes to its stockpile at a rapid pace, ready for 'tactical nuclear weapons strikes'. I'm sure the warmongers will find/start their war soon somewhere anyway. But, what to do about that gas pipeline issue with Syria... What to do... What a messed up world...

What I wouldn't give for that to be the 'bull' top. I'm just dreaming...

Okay, it does look like there is a chance for the ES to do another push into my area. Hopefully it will get enough legs to do it before the close.

I can't get over the moves. Emerging markets, which have drawn the bid strongly lately are up monster, 5%-10%. Junk bonds and munis are up huge. This is based on the EFTs I follow. Wow, has the speculative frenzy begun. I'd like to say everything is on schedule, this is the final, speculative blow off leg, but I don't know. On one hand, margin debt is at all time highs. How much further can this go? On the other hand, I am wondering if this can't go years and years like this. Back to my old theory, this will go up until the day it pops, and the world literally ends. There is not going to be a bear market, there is only going to be an end, and that may be quite a ways off.

They may have additional tricks up their sleeves that we can't even fathom right now. Ways to keep it going longer, as we die, not by one quick blow, but death by a thousand cuts. More price rises, more devastation with health care, more increases in pump gas prices, and so on. But, nothing but praise on Bloomberg for the chief. Nothing but giddy joy from the bulls. Lastly, if this bubble does keep blowing, understand that it should be prone to very sharp pullbacks out of the blue given the increasing leverage, and when it goes, it may go on some news event out of nowhere and drop like the flash crash.

It is getting scarier and scarier for me to keep thinking about playing from the long side (that doesn't mean that I'd consider anything short before a change of character except the most exceptional very short-term counter trend plays). Anyway, my two cents.

I saw a new expression today that I really like.

'The Armageddon Looting Machine'

Most just have less than zero idea what is happening before our very eyes. What I've come to realize is that all this 'technology' has allowed them to go beyond the total destruction of the world and have it still be unknown to the masses. In the Great Depression you could see the bread lines, see the homeless, see the trouble. Now, with the JPM run SNAP program, and so on, all the damage is mostly hidden. With all the toys and distractions and credit, people may think things aren't quite great, but they surely don't think they are horrific. We've all been looted, and we are now in debt.

What I mean is, when they take out the fiat you will find you have no savings, when they make gold illegal, you'll have none of that, when they raise taxes so high you'll lose your house, if you haven't already (they really won't have to raise them, you won't have any way to pay them regardless), you won't have that, you'll be broke. But, it's way worse, since if we are say $222 trillion in the hole (yes, with unfunded obligations, we are at 2-2-2 trillion, and I think there is a lot of hidden derivatives stuff, too, in addition to that), that's almost a million for every man, woman, and child in the country. Who do you think owes that money, 'the government'? It's you.

So, you are asset stripped and a mil in the hole right now, and you don't even know it! That's what I mean about the uniqueness of this situation. That's what the technological miracle of their evil has created. By the time people rebel, they are broke and a mil in the hole. Good luck, then. But, the time was way back, probably as far back as 1913 when they created the Fed. Surely when they blew the countries load on Vietnam and were forced to take us off the gold standard and go to fiat currencies. If that wasn't stopped right then, the chain of events was set into motion that has us here today. There is no way to stop this from playing out. Here's the facts:

1) You are dead broke, you just don't think you are right now
2) You are almost a mil in the hole
3) Nothing you can do will ever be able to change you from suffering the consequences of 1 and 2
4) I'm really sorry to be the one to tell you this

P.S. Yes, I know this is a trading forum, but as we near the end game, I realize all that is quite meaningless, as is everything else we do day to day, in the light of the super-storm that is coming, so this is about all I think about nowadays. Sorry.

This seems like a joke, but it isn't. And what most AmeriKans don't realize is that O'Bummercare gives the government access to all your medical records. Not by court order, not for some reasonable reason, but as a matter of course, for every last one of us. Doesn't that bother you? Now look what they are going to be asking, what you will make a part of the permanent record. I wonder what the penalty will be for those that lie?

Remember, every thing you say in an e-mail, phone call, and so on, is all recorded (remember when that sounded like crazy conspiracy theory, for nut cases, and is now accepted fact, admitted straight out by the 'bad guys'?), so it would be easy to 'catch' you. Better be careful. I can imagine all the people cheating on their spouses, they can't admit it, but then it will all be subject to a screening of all communications you've done, all transactions, everything, and then they'll be calling you out. I can see lots of trouble coming for all those cheaters. Sound like conspiracy theory? Yeah, right.

I mentioned the idea of 'super-priority' derivatives once before. I was totally freaked out when I realized what this actually means. Here's another article on this. It explains how the stage is set to liquidate the banks (oh, and by the way, all the money you have in there), and the brokers. Note now he mentions how it can happen in hours. One day you will wake up and you won't have one thin dime. I know I keep talking about this, but it's coming, as sure as it's sunny in Arizona right now, and cloudy here in the rainforest. Unfortunately, where I once thought we could do something, I am now resigned to our fate. We have no ability to do anything. From The Borg: "Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated." Yes, I will be...
