On a monster area here, but I think it's done. Looks like the LOD is coming, maybe even a sweep or swoooooosh.

Respect for the GZ at key line? Yeah, right... The 'bulls' have zero.

Hmmm, time to examine why I abhor choppy Friday endings. I am always going on about never looking at specific points, only areas, never looking at data from one trade, only trade series, everything from a probability standpoint. Yet lately I've developed this intolerance for ending the week fighting chop. One approach most would suggest that I wouldn't consider at all is to simply ignore Friday closes, problem solved. To me, nothing is solved that way. Yes, I could filter that trading time out based on bad behavior too often, but that would filter out a lot of explosive moves. I am frustrated, I think, because right now I can't find a good filter to tell them apart, whereas before I think I could. Standing aside or just accepting a lot of scratches would make sense, but, again, it really is p#%&ing me off. So, a lesson for everyone, straighten this kind of emotional response out ASAFP, or be ready for doom.

The real hell of it is that this may indeed rise, just not until they shake out/destroy everyone. Tough ride going into a Friday close where there is no overnight hold to sit through what just happened.

Anyway, that GZ at key line did send it up. But, instead of sustain now, it goes to and obvious area, and guess what? It weakens. This now seems to be an end of day, and even end of Friday 'new thing'. Really crazy.

Well, the most important thing for me, assuming I don't know, is to be able to estimate probabilities, look for a 'safe' place in, and then be able to read and accept (the latter is a big failing of many aspiring traders, IMO) what actually happens, and react accordingly (according to the 'Trading Plan'). That's all we can do as traders, and if the plan is a net positive outcome plan, that's all we need to do. Get in, deal with the ugly, and grind it out on the seats of our leather a#@es. That's my take.
