Now we get a big clue. This is a bearish abcde here, and it's a break through the bearish 5-min TL, so a lot of people got suckered on both sides. Hence, it needs to prove itself now, or I'm thinking chop or down.

My levels of concern are 79.00-80.50 and 81.00-.50, if it can handle this 77.75 area, which it may not.

There is also a 'trouble spot' around 78.50 (the early part of the first grouping mentioned), if it can do another push off this area.

I think it may be done. If so, that would be disappointing. I was hoping for an easy end to the week and day.

Anyway, this 75.75-76.00 is as low as it should go if they have any intent to run this up more. But, it's acting 100% wrong, in my experience, for more upside.

Sounds like yesterday. It 'worked' a bit, but not until it chopped everyone up like a Ginsu knife.

Anyway, I should just call it quits and be happy with another nice week. But I won't. Not sure why I care if the last trade setup of the week, even if it isn't a particularly great one, plays out nicely.

Well, the most important thing for me, assuming I don't know, is to be able to estimate probabilities, look for a 'safe' place in, and then be able to read and accept (the latter is a big failing of many aspiring traders, IMO) what actually happens, and react accordingly (according to the 'Trading Plan'). That's all we can do as traders, and if the plan is a net positive outcome plan, that's all we need to do. Get in, deal with the ugly, and grind it out on the seats of our leather a#@es. That's my take.
