I'll start it off. The big event this week is the Scottish independence vote. A yes vote (which I wish for more than I wish for S&P at 400, and you know how I live for that) would cause a 'wee bit' of volatility. But, alas, I think the odds of that are essentially zero. Why? 'They' don't want it, so the election, like ours with Bush/Gore, will simply be rigged. Now Catalonia, that's a different story. I think they will, indeed, split, but the markets will not react to that at all (or maybe go up a bit just to 'prove' it's nothing to worry about). I suggest being careful around that Scottish voting results time.

Timing factor says it should be ready to come out of this range, but it is a different scenario because of the drop, I'm thinking, plus here we are, an hour before the European open, and it's ready. Heard that one before? So, we'll see, but it seems to be a common theme with these knuckleheads lately.

And there's the up sweep. This time right on schedule, despite when the open happens to be. Coolio.

Bathroom break and I see the ES is starting to get smokin' on up. I nailed that timing factor on this one. No double sweep, either, just a blastoff. The double was getting obvious, with them doing it pretty much every time. Got to mix it up a bit, just like TL's. Now let's see if they can push it up to the 96-97 area (maybe 95 if it takes a while, since the lines are dropping). Okay, back to bed. One thing I am watching here is if this rush up is just a 'sucker rally' to hook 'em. I'm not all that convinced we aren't going to see some downside. We have three major events this week (ECB nonsense, Fed meeting, and my fave-o-rite, Scotland), so it is possible we may head down if things don't go as planned for the 'bulls'.

I just noticed, and I didn't do that on purpose, I swear, about two hours between posts again...

Two hours? Last time I'm checking tonight, I can barely type. Back to bed. BTW, the ES rolled out Friday, and posted the area basis Sept because my charts have more liquidity, but basis Dec the area is around 88-89.
