Starting it off. I'll quote my last post from last week.

"Anyway, the ES did something it usually doesn't do, and that's make any kind of move in the Friday after close mini session. This time it kept moving up, set a new high for the entire move, and closed almost at the high tick. It is now fully at the monster weekly backtest line. If this is a bear market, it should roll off this, and roll hard. There is a key area above, built from the immediate price action, and that comes in at 76-87, with a grouping of key Fibs at 94.00-95.50. I could see it hitting the lower end of the area, maybe a little above the lower end, and still be respecting the key TL backtest, but not much more.

Still, does it even seem remotely feasible that this is going to dump to significant new lows from here? The only hope I see at all is that not only do all pundits and analysts say no, it's completely and utterly an impossibility, most readers in here, I believe, are also saying no out loud right now. And that's not meant as a slight to the readers in here, who are among the most highly informed out there, I feel, it's more meant to imply just how good they are at sucking people in. We'll see. I don't really care, from a trading standpoint, what these maniacs do with it. So, that's what I'm working with as we reach arguably the most critical juncture perhaps in trading history."

Futures close should be at the high tick, I would expect. Then the reopen can happen with a little gap up.

So, after the ES put in the 'bottom' of the 'bear market', it has been up nine days running (higher high for the daily bar), well over 160 points relentlessly without correction, now heading into the Fed meeting tomorrow. So, tomorrow will undoubtedly be up, and then what? Up after the Fed meeting? How many up days in a row is this going to do? Oops, as I write this futures close with another big burst up to close at another new high for the move, close to the high tick. Didn't I just say that? No point to close any of the long trade I don't think, why not wait for the gap opening, and more running?

FB is getting justifiably beat up in the after hours. I wonder how much it will be up tomorrow or by the end of the week?

ES indicated to open down almost two points! Woo-hoo. I wonder how long it will take to burst to new highs for the move? Ten seconds? As long as 60 seconds?

Hey, does anyone detect a note of bitterness or sarcasm in my posts today? Really?

Keep in mind, all the bitterness is directed towards an unjust system that is gutting, just decimating, the middle class hard workers of our world, and that really chaps my hide. My bitterness has nothing to do with not being on the right side of the market or feeling the trading action isn't good. It's as good as it gets in my opinion, but it makes me sick, as a citizen. That's all I'm saying. Imagine how I'll feel when they announce QE4, which I feel not too far down the road is inevitable...

We just found out there is a price increase for the service contract for our furnace: 37%, in one shot. The Fed said a) there is no inflation, b) we need a lot more inflation, we need prices to rise faster. I asked the place why the huge price increase, and they said all their costs are going way up. And 'inflation' hasn't even started yet. We are battling 'deflation'. Let's see, home prices rising now double digits in many places ( http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-10-28/and-fastest-appreciating-us-city-hint-not-cleveland ), stock markets at all-time highs (Trannies set the new all-time high today), prices on everything I buy just exploding (with the sole exception that gasoline has trickled down a bit, for now), and they say this is deflation?

Imagine what 'high inflation' would look like, not to even mention 'hyperinflation'. They won't stop until the entire system is destroyed, and we are all destitute. I've said this for years and years, and I've never been more sure of anything in my life. Okay, maybe I've been more sure of one thing in my life: there is nothing we can do to stop them. For all you Jethro Tull fans: "And the train, it won't stop going, no way to slow down..." Oh, and I just read that Kim Kardashian's new phone app is making about $700,000 a day. Nothing makes sense any more...

I know this is all philosophical discussion, and not trading techniques, but with an audience of usually 2-3, I'm not that motivated to do a lot more trading discussion. Any, for those that think I am too carried away with my view on how bad all this ramping/QE is, here's a quote from a post today at The Automatic Earth:

"QE destroys societies, economies and financial systems, it doesn’t heal them."

That's exactly what I have been saying. That's why I am so upset.
