Kickin' it off. It's going to get wild. This week is Armstrong's 'Big Bang' date, mentioned at least as early as 1989 in one of his conferences, he said. It's not a date for a market implosion, it's the peak date for government and sovereign debt. Catalonia voted today for independence, a binding vote. The last one was not binding. It was overwhelmingly for secession.

I can find no information on this vote anywhere right now, yet it's over and done. Nothing on ZeroHedge. I find this bizarre. Understand, if any EU country has a secession, it will, in my opinion, begin a waterfall breakup of the EU and the failing of the Euro currency. So, tanks will roll, it will be stopped. But, it may cause massive unrest and even a European war. Markets will move. Hence, this is not a trivial event today. Yet, nothing, no reporting anywhere. I'm... confused...

I like these names. We need to invent something similar for currencies.

Your idea of the Euro dropping now into a CD leg makes sense because the ES should now be in a rising mode, and the are inversely correlated right now when there are aggressive moves, in my opinion. We'll see.

Thanks, I like them, too. The only currency name I know is for the USD, and it is 'The US Nightcrawler'. For those that don't understand the translation, a nightcrawler is a big earthworm over here. We should be able to find some good names, although it is going to be hard for me to think of the Euro as anything except my 'Pig f$@#ing POS Euro'.
Boy, I've been getting pretty bad with the French in here lately. So much for professionalism. I guess that's what happens when it goes from being a forum to being a small group of buddies talking trading instead.

Which is still quite a forum.

I'd like to see around 1900 on this, but into 1895 there are some things, and there is a lot to bust through along the way, so I only see this if they are serious. I'm not sure how serious they are yet.

It has to handle this 80 area with ease or I'm going to get skittish.

Check. But, now I worry that is the last push. I just don't have the belief it's going to get legs.

Obligatory TL fake out here, or done? This is a key decision for it right here.

.886 to .618 as of now. Part of the reason this is so tricky here is that spx seems to be in wave 4 before finishing of the move down to 1855 - 1841. My 2¢. I've been trading in size all month, and closed it all out late yesterday. Trading small here in case we get the continuation out of all this.
