Kickin' it off. It's going to get wild. This week is Armstrong's 'Big Bang' date, mentioned at least as early as 1989 in one of his conferences, he said. It's not a date for a market implosion, it's the peak date for government and sovereign debt. Catalonia voted today for independence, a binding vote. The last one was not binding. It was overwhelmingly for secession.
I can find no information on this vote anywhere right now, yet it's over and done. Nothing on ZeroHedge. I find this bizarre. Understand, if any EU country has a secession, it will, in my opinion, begin a waterfall breakup of the EU and the failing of the Euro currency. So, tanks will roll, it will be stopped. But, it may cause massive unrest and even a European war. Markets will move. Hence, this is not a trivial event today. Yet, nothing, no reporting anywhere. I'm... confused...

Somewhere around 1.1350 the Euro will need a rest.
The problem with that huge move on data release is that it started off the area at which it sat for a couple of hours. So even if a long trade was triggerred there was almost no reaction and noone in his right mind would keep it open with no place to move, technically, initial stop loss.

Crazy as it sounds, if the ES is going to come in, this is a possible spot here at 18.

To follow up, the ES rose a bit more, upper 20's instead of my 'ideal' lower 20's, but then got killed on the jobs report, as I expected. The crazy part is the jobs report was opposite to what I thought it would be. It was bad, the chances of a rate hike dropped, and they sold, not bought. That makes for an interesting assessment of how it reacted to a bearish technical picture on news that should have been bullish. The reaction off the low was then consistent with this bullish view. Curious.
Anyway, what is really interesting was that the 'retest' of the backtest was dead on some of the key lines. You'd have to do the work so you can see this, but while the first test really pushed on them, and went a little over the highest one, the retest was dead on at least two key ones. Amazing. Just as amazing as about 81 ES points in about four hours. In-frickin'-sane, but awesome for trading.

This is interesting. It looks like it's set to rise until close, making the entire drop back. This is typical manipulated behavior, yet I keep thinking in here it is going to come in. Like rat said last week, betting on any selling into a Friday close is a longshot. Last week was an exception, but the layout keeps giving me the vibe it is going to come in, and somewhere in here. Probably not...

I guess it will rise for another three hours, rise until close. But, I wonder if they just want to get it over the swing-high there at 29.50. I've rarely felt such a strong inkling of an imminent sell as here. I guess I will have to chalk that up to just being a completely erroneous feeling.
