Beth M. Hammack (b. California) is the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, one of the 12 regional Reserve Banks in the Federal Reserve System. She began her term on August 21, 2024, where she participates in formulating U.S. monetary policy and oversees the operations of 1,100 employees across Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh, focusing on economic research, banking supervision, and payment services.

Before joining the Federal Reserve, Hammack held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., most recently as co-head of the global financing group and a member of the firm's management committee. She is also recognized for her efforts in mentoring emerging talent in the financial industry, particularly through professional women’s networking programs.

Hammack serves on nonprofit boards, including Math for America (as chair) and City Harvest, contributing to educational and hunger relief causes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in quantitative economics and history from Stanford University and resides in Cleveland with her husband. They have two grown children.
