On 17/05 evening my platform is also showing Emini S&P SEPT.10. So when when does the current June 10 contract end. Bruce/KB have you started trading the new one or when do you start using it.

i usuallt wait till the mypivots site mentions rollover and then start on that day with the new contract.....usually about 10 or 11 a.m

Rollover happens in the same month as expiration so won't be until June. Rollover is on a Thursday 8 days before expiration, which in turn is on the third Friday of the month.

Why I asked this question is because now we have two different numbers influencing the same cantract. What I mean is that one contract say open at 1125 and the other at 1127. In a retrace orcontinuation the market will start to react at two prices instead of one. Spooky........

1120 is going to be a good short

For the uptrend to continue 1115 should hold

My opinion is that pivot points are best if used after 10:00 est and you have the capacity to hold overnight. Small accounts don't survive this approach. Mid point is the 50% price or High+Low/2
