Let's see if this works....never tried to start a new topic...

having bounced off the .886 friday, will it aim into the area of interest up at the .886 of last week's high, or into the box at 1.128 - 1.27, and what will it do up there?

There is some symmetry in that both blue arrows are at .886....ultimately you might expect a move that mirrors the mid march - may move, but without a significant pullback into an abcd, which we haven't seen yet?

Amazing how it ran hard right to this area, and then just stopped dead, battling with it. I still don't think it will hold, but it sure 'saw' it.

Right through the next level like a hot knife through butter. That's why I said the next level or two. I wants the next spot. This thing is smokin'!

Still going! These guys are soooooooo predictable at times, in my opinion. Once again the GZ holds and tells the tale of the day. Rigorous defense of those multiple lows, and a ramp into the Friday close. They want to hold risk over the weekend!

The second chart, the risk spread chart, I follow that, and it is the best thing I have ever seen. Either the ES will come down, or the risk basket will go up. I've never seen this not converge right back. They show this frequently at ZH, and it 'always works'. As long as the correlation is approaching 1.0000 (as it has since the government took over the free markets, and yes, I am exaggerating the correlation at 1.0000 for effect), it should 'always work'. Just something everyone should keep an eye on.

I wanted to post this concept, which I noticed when this started happening recently. Based on some animal behavior studies I did when I was a 'biologist', I totally believe many cycles are tied to the lunar cycle. As a teacher, I could see behavior changes with the cycles, and many studies have shown how incidences of violent crimes cycle with the lunar cycle. Anyway, I found this post showing it so I don't have to do the charts. Although, like anything, it's no panacea, like many charting aspects, I need this on my charts nowadays.

This is a new viewing format Guy is implementing. It has to do with some pseudo-chat function that would allow for something like a chat in the forum. To go back to the 'old' style everyone who wants to do that needs to set it in their own personal preferences. Click on your name, click on 'edit profile', and down near the bottom you have a choice 'view type'. Change this from 'flow' to 'classic'. If I recall correctly Guy said he plans to keep that option available indefinitely. I hope he does, as I don't like the 'flow' type very much.
