Darn, I was watching the ES, it opened and dropped right to a line I was watching, to the tick, and started up. I got a buy trigger. I decided not to post on this. My motivation wanes from time to time, as I get so little interaction on all my posts. Now the ES is up almost 20 off the low, much more than I expected by now. It's really getting ramped hard. Oh, well, I wish I had posted it as it was happening. I used a really cool line technique to get my line. I had it on there shortly after Friday morning got started.

And just so no one (especially roofer) gets the wrong idea, I only post what I think are roofer's thoughts, or make comparisons (if that is how people interpret what I am doing) so that readers can see what my thinking process is, and what roofer's may be. Compare and contrast. As people search for their own way, the better I can describe how I came to do what I do, and why, and the more I can clarify the same for roofer's style and approach (because he, like most people, is not as wordy as I am, nor as motivated to drone on and on), the more I think it may help people decide on what their way may be. So all this should be viewed as an attempt to be helpful, with me trying my best to give and give, hoping it is indeed useful. My motivation has always been the same, to write what I wish I could have read when I was starting out, but simply couldn't find it anywhere.

Jim,
Well said, if I may say so. I am reflecting more and more on what a wonderful opportunity it is for me to see the shared thoughts and actions of some awesome traders. The best traders I have ever seen, sharing their works, for others to learn from. Wow! This forum is really great, and I have learned a ton here. I know I have a lot more to learn, and a lot more work to do before I reach my trading goals. I learned of roofer from other forums and roofer's Fibonacci work really knocked me out. It was and is amazing. After roofer spoke so highly of your Fibonacci work, Jim, I considered it a golden opportunity to purchase your book set and other educational materials and to study them. As I have said before, the money I invested in the Kane education materials has been the best money I have spent on trading. Well, I am droning on.
Best Wishes and Good Trading,
Al Kamego

i said on moday i had hit the .886 on gap 4 times.... remember our tools are at their best at catching the maximum number of traders looking the wrong way at extremes. i invite traders to show the setup in NEM...... STRICTLY BASED ON THE TOOLS shown here.. think BIG!!!!!. it was too easy...show also why it is time to play defense.....

roofer,
Thanks for the invite. Here is what I got. I am afraid the 60 minute chart is as big as I can think. I am not too sure about the defense part.

Okay, not trying to be overly critical, just making sure I understand what you are saying.

I'm quite bussy at work nowadays and I can hardly post charts, which resulted in an obvious mistake.
